You are required to have the following:

• Connecticut Hair Stylist License
• Federal Tax Identification Number from the IRS (optional)
• General & Professional Liability Insurance.

You have 24 hour access to your Salon Suite. The facility will be monitored with security cameras and will be equipped with an access control system that will allow you to access your suite at any time.

Salon 33 is a unique salon for established beauty professionals with existing clientele. We offer private individual salon suites for you to become a beauty salon owner who wants to make an investment in themselves and their own success

Salon 33 ... Your own Fully-Equipped Salon

Salon 33 was created to give hair stylists the ability to own and operate their own business without any of the hassles of owning a traditional salon. Located in North Haven, CT Salon 33 is comprised of four 1st class hair studios within one location. Each studio is fully furnished with visibility directly on I-91 and access to all major highways.

Benefits for you: As a stylist, you would commit to a one-year lease for either a full studio or individual station and pay a weekly rental fee that is comparable to booth or chair rental at other salons. The difference is at Salon 33, you will work for yourself, set your own hours, book your own appointments, set your own prices, and carry your choice of products. When you are done for the day, simply lock up and go home. Building is accessible 24/7 with outside and inside camera surveillance system for added security.

We will promote salon 33 with a professional website: Information about you will include your photo, contact information, prices, services, your portfolio and hours of operation. Also included in your rental are utilities and common area maintenance.
